Boho Dresser Decorating | Colorful, Plant Filled Bedroom

Sometimes I have a very clear idea of what I want to do in a room. And sometimes I feel completely uninspired and pretend it doesn't exist. The decorating in my bedroom had been going smoothly until it came to the wall that the dresser sits against. Do I add more art? More shelves? It felt like I'd already done everything I wanted to do in this room but this wall needed something.

Boho Dresser Decorating | Colorful, Plant Filled Bedroom

I've completed a lot of work redecorating my bedroom in the past 6 months but one wall has been left blank and bland. I just didn't feel inspired and didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted to do next. Honestly, half of my house sits in chaos just because of lack of inspiration. Since I'd already done all of the wall decorating I wanted to do in this room, I was stuck.

That's when Photowall contacted me. They wanted to know if I would be interested in trying out one of their products. Photowall carries wallpaper, murals, canvases and posters. All fantastic options for wall art. You can even use your own images on their products. This felt like the perfect push to get this room finished.

After browsing the options, I knew I wanted to go with their posters. With options like printed with or without border, sizes up to nearly 5 feet, and optional hanging hardware I felt like I could truly find the perfect piece for my bedroom.

There are truly so many options to choose from. Photographs, abstract, paintings, and categories for all of the things help narrow down the choices. If you like the style of posters I chose, you'll enjoy designer Flower Love Child. It's a gorgeous curated mix of typography, photographs, abstract, digital art in super dreamy colors.

Matisse Leaves Poster

The instructions were clear and made install so easy. There are hidden screws on the back of the wood poster frames that are loosened with an included tool. That releases the piece of mdf inside and makes room to slide the end of the poster into it. There's nice quality cord in the hardware bag that needs to be threaded into the holes in the top wooden hanger. It's quite long so it can be adjusted to preference. Then just put the poster and piece of mdf back into the hanger and tighten the screws.

I am just so happy with how the room looks with both of these posters. I added two sconces with platforms for candles attached to them and placed two small plants on them instead. That framed the poster out nicely and fills in the space.

What do you think? Do you like the Shapely or Matisse poster here more?
